Becoming Well isn't just a journal. It's a tool for real health change.
Most people don’t need more general advice. They need a system that teaches them how to read their body’s signals and understand the fundamental needs those signals reflect.
Meet the Founder
Hi, I'm Tameshia Balloon, a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and graduate student in Human Nutrition & Functional Medicine.
I created this journal because I was tired of hearing women describe their growing frustration with their health, trying every new approach and still not seeing meaningful improvements with or without GLP-1 medications. Much of that frustration stems from never being taught how to interpret their body’s signals, how interconnected their physiology is, or how those cues function as a form of communication. These signals often reflect progress that is not purely physical and are easy to overlook, which makes it difficult to understand what is actually happening in the body or what patterns are emerging.
Here’s what I noticed: Most tracking tools lacked clinical depth or failed to reflect the whole-person experience that makes those patterns visible. They missed health history, behavioral patterns, and the lifestyle factors that shape not only medication response but overall health, and how all of these elements connect.
This journal is the kind of tool I wished existed for anyone trying to put the pieces together. It is built to bridge the gap between lived experience and clinical oversight. What happens between provider visits is critical, and having a clear view of symptom patterns, medication timing, and lifestyle feedback loops in one place helps you stay informed, empowered, and active in your health story by understanding your body rather than feeling disconnected from it.
Stop second guessing yourself. Start understanding what your body is communicating.
What Makes This Different
This isn’t just another tracker. It’s a complete system for understanding your body.
-
Developed using current GLP-1 research and user insights. Focuses on the key challenges of treatment including side effects, muscle preservation, and behavioral patterns.
-
Connect dots instead of chasing random fixes. See how food, sleep, stress, and medication interact.
-
Designed to support real life not just ideal habits. Flexible for messy days, structured enough to work.
-
Track food noise, cravings, and mental-emotional signals, because how you feel matters as much as what you weigh.
-
You can't change what you don't see. Observe, document, and respond with confidence.
-
Walk into appointments with organized data, not guesswork. Advocate for yourself with clarity.
“I believe everyone deserves the knowledge and tools to understand their own body.”
